DDA Compliance
The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requires all organisations to make 'reasonable adjustments' to their premises to prevent discrimination against employees or visitors who have disabilities. Such adjustments could include the installation of ramps to assist mobility; additional signage and Braille panels for the visually impaired; and induction loop systems for those with impaired hearing.
