Who was the client?
RS Components (RS), the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc, a global multi-channel distributor who offer more than 500,000 industrial & electronics, with operations in 32 countries.
What were the clients needs and issues?
- RS commissioned a refresh of their main restaurant and café at their Corby site.
- The refresh was required to include a full LED lighting solution.
- They needed Digital Signage displays to showcase the menu for the day and also showcase internal communications across the business.
Digital Signage Solutions
Remark supplied and installed 4 x 43” Digital Display Screens to the entrance area, which are used to display Restaurant menus and internal communications.
Remark supplied and installed 2 x 43” Digital Display Screens to the server area to be used for their menu and marketing communications.
Remark provided 3 x 32” within the flexible meeting area, fitted with the up to date BrightSign players to allow for digital signage.
In the Radio Lounge, Remark Group supplied and installed 2 x 43” Display Screens for the purpose of connection of laptops, digital signage and PIP terrestrial services.
Power, Data and Lighting
The refurbishment project required all existing electrical and data circuits to be removed and replaced for new. Remark utilised Schneider manufactured distribution equipment to support the project which involved the latest LED lighting technology to suit the layout of the restaurant and coffee shop.
Working closely with the client and the design team, Remark delivered the project on time and within budget restraints to the satisfaction of all RS Components employees who enjoy their refreshed restaurant and café.
