Brief
Greenwoods Solicitors came to Remark Group as they needed improvements to their collaboration and conferencing technology for three of their meeting rooms.
After previously dealing with Remark Group for their sound masking project, Greenwoods were more than happy to appoint Remark as their chosen installer for video conferencing solutions.
To enable collaboration Greenwoods also wanted a solution to be able to share their screen wirelessly.

Solution
Remark Group provided AIC with a complete conferencing solution to support two of their meetings rooms. The all-in-one unit is designed to equip collaborative meeting rooms with the best in class audio, video and screen sharing capability. Allowing for efficient and effortless collaboration.
The specialist sound bar provides high -quality audio, perfect for a collaboration room.
With the adoption of VIA Connect Pro they now have the ability for wireless collaboration. They can now connect any laptop or mobile device and edit and comment on documents in real time.
Fully Integrated Systems
The third meeting room is partitioned into two sections by a modular wall. Remark have provided two separate systems that can work as one to provide the best quality conferencing solution.
The fully integrated system includes specialist ceiling microphones that have the ability to pick up speech anywhere in the room, enhancing any conference call. The audio digital sound processor is ideal for conferencing and sound reinforcement, with the control panel allowing for staff to adjust the audio functions depending on the meeting size.
The interactive touch screens allow for complete collaboration and file sharing with the USB wireless microphone system enables you to get work done and participate in web meetings whilst away from your workspace.
Sound Masking Upgrade
Greenwoods found the system so beneficial that they needed additional speakers around the glass meeting rooms in the privacy threat zones to improve an already successful sound masking solution.
