The Remark team walked through, mud, sand and woodland on Saturday 2nd March to raise money and awareness for the cause.
Nine members of the Remark team set out on Saturday 2nd March for a 7-mile walk around Sheringham in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. The team set off around 11am in very high spirits.
Around the four-mile point, the team started to get a little confused as to where they were. They couldn’t find where they were on the map and all the red arrows that they had been following seemed to have vanished…they were lost!
Luckily, there was plenty of signal for the team to google map their way back to the start point. You can see the route the team were meant to take below.

and this was the route the team actually took…

After a very long climb up to the finishing point the team had made it, their mainly flat 7-mile walk that they set out for turned out to be a rather hilly 7-and-a-half-mile trek. None the less, they made it and raised a whopping £3,000 all for Prostate Cancer UK AND to top it all off, were in the top 1% of fundraisers on Just Giving for February!
A huge thank you to everyone who took part and to those who supported the team.
The Just Giving page is still open for a little longer, so if anyone would like to make a donation you can do here.
