Our commitment to support to your business doesn’t just stop after our installation: we do offer an optional provision for ongoing maintenance, to ensure that the sound masking solution is continuously working at peak performance.

While the sound masking system can be expected to operate without servicing for many years, we recognise that office spaces and the treatment environment itself does alter over time. For example, occupancy levels may increase as the business grows, or teams may relocate into different areas.

As part of our optional aftercare Maintenance Support Service, your business can receive one planned visit every twelve months for software and firmware updates, as well as recalibration of the audio levels to ensure that the system operates to both the business and the environment’s needs. Telephone support is also available throughout the year with our AV Support Desk.
